🌍 Delivery Areas

We deliver to France, the European Union, and several international countries.
If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at racedaymodelcars@gmail.com.


Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


📌 Pre-orders

Pre-order items are subject to specific conditions:

Estimated Availability
The availability dates indicated for pre-orders are approximate and provided by our suppliers.
They may be modified without notice. In case of supplier cancellation, you will be fully refunded.

Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-order)
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the shipment will be made in a single package when all items are available.
👉 If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders.

Multiple Pre-order Items
Orders containing several pre-order items will be shipped once all products are available.
👉 To receive items as soon as they arrive, we recommend placing one order per item.


🚚 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options (home delivery, pick-up point, standard or express) depending on your country and order size.

Examples for France:

  • Standard (La Poste / Colissimo): 2–3 business days

  • Pick-up Point (Mondial Relay / Relais Colis): 3–5 business days

Delivery times are indicative and provided by the carriers.


💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the package weight and destination.

Free shipping promotions may apply to certain orders or minimum purchase amounts. Details are provided on the homepage or at checkout.


📦 Packaging

Products are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transport.
We use recycled or recyclable materials whenever possible.


🛑 Delays or Lost Packages

In case of unusual delays or if your package is not received within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately.
We will file a claim with the carrier and keep you informed.
If the package is declared lost, a refund or replacement will be offered.


Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim within the specified period, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.


📮 Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email upon shipment.
You can track your package on the selected carrier’s website.
