Returns and Refund Policy

At Race Day Modelcars, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

🕒 Withdrawal Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return an item.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as when you received it

• Not have been used or damaged

• Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories

Items that are damaged or incomplete will not be refunded.

📬 How to Return an Item

Please contact us at racedaymodelcars@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• The item(s) to be returned

• Reason for return (optional)

After confirmation from us, you can send the package to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping to avoid any loss.

💸 Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned item.

The original shipping costs will also be refunded in the case of a full order return.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Customized or personalized items made at your request

• Items sold “as-is” or marked as non-returnable
