Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on the Race Day Modelcars website (www.raceday-modelcars.com) between Race Day Modelcars and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase.
2. Products
The products offered are miniature cars and collectible scale models. Photographs are as accurate as possible but do not legally bind the seller.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT).
Race Day Modelcars reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
Placing an order on the website implies acceptance of these T&Cs. The buyer will receive an order confirmation by email once the order has been validated.
5. Payment
Payments are made through the secure payment solutions provided at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The order is considered valid only after payment has been successfully processed.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made in France and internationally (depending on available options).
Delivery times are indicative and delays do not give the right to compensation.
Shipping costs are specified during the order process.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Warranties and Claims
In case of defective products, the customer may invoke the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
9. Liability
Race Day Modelcars cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use or purchase of products on the website.
10. Personal Data
Collected data is processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
12. Environmental Information
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
In accordance with current regulations, the company is registered with the eco-organization
Adelphe for the management of household packaging and graphic paper.
